Only ninnies who get all their knowledge from media soundbites and tabloid headlines thought oil was going to keep climbing. Now I'm not saying I predicted they would fall to the level they are at now, but I did predict that oil would fall to under $100 a barrel by the October once the market weeded out the speculators.

spot spot - Yes of course I knew that oil prices would fall from the summer highs. Anyone with any sense of market fluctuations and economic fundamentals could have seen that coming. The price this summer was simply a function of over zealous speculation not fundamental supply and demand economics. That's also how I got my money out of tech stocks before the crash in the late 90s.
