I've known Tim Moody for 15 years or so. I haven't seen him or spoken to him in about four years. He has made a lot of mistakes in his life, and now he is paying the price for them. I feel for his family. 12 Years is probably too long to serve. He didn't actively seek out to kill someone.report abuseSoxPrincess

For the record, I haven't smoked weed since my college days & beer is my vice of choice. That said, I'd ride 50 miles with a pot smoker before I'd ride 2 miles with a drunk.report abuseSoxPrincess

jhh-Why do you think if they legalized pot traffic fatalities would go up? How many accidents are caused because of someone smoking pot compared to someone that has been drinking. The numbers aren't even close!report abuseYou must be a registered user of MaineToday.com to post a comment. Register or log in.
