Some people like to pretend that Portland has a working waterfront. It is embarrassing to those in charge that Maine imports fish and wood pellets from Canada. That is how screwed up this state has become.report abusexPortlander2

This has been a major, major debacle in the city of Portland for years, but the city officials have kept this a secret. It should have been closed years ago, losing millions and millions of dollars annually.
