So, who's going to be in charge of determining what exactly everyone in an "incident" was thinking? That's what will be required.

And is this going to be enforced only against white kids?
I actually know people who think that if you are white you are automatically born racist but if you are black or hispanic, it is impossible to be racist.
What about other hate crimes? What about hate thought?
What about religious hatred? I mean Christians are a popular target nowadays.

You see what I'm getting at?

Typical of these liberals, creating "racial" tension where there is none. If it weren't for the liberals continually using "race" as a tool to get their way there wouldn't be a problem.report abuse

This reminds me of when I sent Gendron a letter a few years ago asking what their protocal was if Portland of the state suffered a Pandemic like the Avian Virus or similar....Her reply was basically nothing....report abuse
