YOu know what else is bull? I fixed a drastic, long-running shower leak back in July (it wasn't a drip, this was like a leak - picture turning on a faucet just fast enough so you can't see individual leaks) and yet my bill hasn't gone down one cent. I shudder to think how many gallons of water per hour were being wasted, yet now that the leak has been fixed my bill hasn't changed one bit. Give me a break!report abuseShelly
