westbrook has so many sex offenders because they can violate and nothing is done. probation officers are the worst for letting them run crazy. i think all their pictures should be posted in the american journal so people can see who these creeps are!! get a clue chief baker and start notifying neighborhoods of these offenders. that is rarely done and the cops say they don't have to notify anyone!!report abusej t

Give him 10 years on each count and get his soory butt off the streets. It is obvious that he has no respect for the rules that allowed his freedom in the first place.
