I think this is great!!!
Please keep in mind I don't skate or anything..but I hear people complaining about keeping the kids safe but then when they are given something to keep them active and busy and out of trouble people complain about that too?
some people will never be satisfied...
but I can say this..I got into plenty of trouble growing up because I was bored and had nothing better to do...I think giving kids a place to be entertained is extremely important..
and douglass field has gone to poo anyway..it needs to be utilized and now it will be in a positive way...report abuse

This is true. I never said it wasn't important. But it's LESS important than keeping elderly people warm and fed, etc.report abuse
