Many thanks to the Natural Resource Council of Maine and other concerned groups. Without your organization and people like Rachel Carson who authored the book, Silent Spring, DDT and other insecticides polluting the world would still be the norm. The political Bush lovers would do us all a favor if they read a bit and were not so politically conditioned.report abuseCJ CJ

Don't bank on it. There are too many liberal judges that would allow such a case to proceed.
This country is being done in by 'coalitions' and the courts.
Lets face it, after Jan 20th, we are in for a world of hurt.report abuse
