jdtex, the gentleman that owns the building is one of the most attentive landlords I know. He drove by to check the building every day, and always screened his tenants carefully. Also, I think there was a news story a few years ago about the Franco-American community, and he was featured. So, jdtex, maybe you should get a bit more info before you expose us to your brilliance...report abusejdtex

The last time I was through the area, an old kook owned the place, and he was barely able to drive his old truck or see over his steering wheel. If the fire's cause isn't smoking by residents, my next step would be to check the maintenance performed by the guy.report abuseJim Stuelander

I am with the majority in my opinion of news 13 broadcast. I also prefer channel 6. No hyped up, ratings driven, sleazy, dramatization just a genuine news broadcast.report abuseNan

Ch. 6 has always been my favorite, and 13 used to be number 2. But now Ch. 8 has risen above 13 to the number 2 slot and 13 is at the bottom of the heap.report abuse

Ch. 13 is nothing more than a broadcast version of the National Enquirer. All the Sinclair stations work the same way. My only hope is that one of these days, this sensationalism bites them in the butt, they get sued for libel, and are eventually required to pay a settlement big enough to bankrupt Sinclair Broadcasting, or at least amke them rethink their focus.
