That said, I think we all hope this sale goes through.
It would be too bad to taint the sale with what could be an attempt to illegally pressure the union to renegotiate a perfectly valid contract.
Of course, I would love it if Bank of America would let me choose the new terms for the balance of my credit card....report abuse

This smacks of union-busting.
That said, I think we all hope this sale goes through.
