Home to the International Typographers Union meetings at one time and also a drop-in office for a certain radio station's sales staff before One City Center was built.
Have to look hard to spot it sometimes at the head of the street with the one doorway.
I'm surprised Soley hasn't had his property seized by the city for the multitude of violations of code he's always cited on. He certainly must have enough money stashed to take care of his property or he pays his lawyer very very well.report abuse

Joe Soley has been a slumlord for years, and is arrogant and egotistical. His fight with the city has been a feeding ground for his ego, as he continues to flaunt the law, and endanger his tenants in the process. His only concern is showing the city he cannot be ordered around by them. It's about time he found out otherwise. The city should condemn his properties and remove the tenants. Then they should arrest him for his numerous violations.report abuselightwarrior
