The questionare for the survey was written in such a way to make it sound like drive by traffic was not important. Fact: the first question a bank ask a retailer is traffic flow past his business.
How do you spend a million dollars doing a study?? That is a lot of man hours!! Only in Maine!!
A million dollars worth of hot top would make a great difference between the new 201 North and Madison Ave. In front of DD and Agway.report abuse

Just so you know. There is no public sewer on 201 North of Skowhegan. It is Madison and Skowhegan has no capacity for it.
