An army of social service and mental health providers has descended upon Augusta to 'greet' legislators....clever bit of lobbyist psychology!

What it will do, in Maine and around the U.S. is force the DEM leadership to descend on Washington with their begging cups to be filled by an OBAMA led Congress.

Good idea cut dhhs.. then we will have even more people living on the streets or in shelters.. wait they will have to close to.. talk about increasing crime's.. Wake up people and look at the salaries of our elected officals.. how about we cut some of these people? I like most everyone else dont like the welfare system as it sits now.. but how about hiring people to investigate people who are on welfare actually needs it...Also dont forget the more people on welfare the more federal dollars maine gets so saying no might not be in us taxpayers best interestreport abuse
