This case has been seen constant red tape since the beginning. The investigator is a man that I hold in high regard despite my initial opinion of him getting involved. He has played a major role in helping to bring Kelly's killer to this stage of justice. Let's hope that all of this time the state has taken was not wasted.report abusecharlie carroll
