I is very tough now for thosewhocsnnot tobuy oiul? My fanily is one of the oes which is struggling. I am grateful to all those folks who make having heat possible, especially those who are over income for HEAP, but still are unable to afford heating oil. Are there any government funds available for tattoos, piercings, or smokes? If so, are the chances of getting some better if you wear your hat backwards? Just thought I'd ask. Are the social security funds still in the lock box?report abuse

Thanks Shelly, Glad I didnt lock in, but I did lose a bet @ work, thinking fuel oil would rise to over 5.00 a gallon..LOLreport abuse

My Opinion, A lot of people locked in when prices were almost $4 or higher a gallon for heating oil. I think it's these people that are choosing between food and oil, not the people who are buying it for the $2 it is now.report abuse
