Are there any government funds available for tattoos, piercings, or smokes? If so, are the chances of getting some better if you wear your hat backwards? Just thought I'd ask. Are the social security funds still in the lock box?report abuseMy Opinion

My Opinion, A lot of people locked in when prices were almost $4 or higher a gallon for heating oil. I think it's these people that are choosing between food and oil, not the people who are buying it for the $2 it is now.report abuseYou must be a registered user of MaineToday.com to post a comment.
