Jeff Kobrock has wasted thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars of TAX PAYER MONEY. Jeff Kobrock has shafted the tax payers of Gardiner and here is why. Jeff Kobrock seeks revenge and retaliation against people that complain about his corrupted practices. The city of Gardiner lawyer Erik Stumpfel lost his legal malpractice insurance because of the Wlodylo Family lawsuit. Guess who is paying to defend the city lawyer? The Wlodylo family cannot complete the repairs to their home because they have NO PERMITS. The Wlodylo family have spent $40,000.00 and have completed 75% of the repair project.
