If common sense is so common then why doesn't everyone use it or have it? I don't believe there should be a law about people driving out on frozen body's of water with there vehicle. However, if there vehicle was to go through the ice they should be responsible as an "adult" to pay for costs of having it removed.report abuse

every year you here about people driving vechiles on ice and going through, and the law states that theres nothing leagally they can do about it , thats crazy ! how about blocking axcess, posting no vechiles allowed, $1000.fine,or jail time , loss of liecense, or loss of life,I was going to get a ticket for plowing snow across street! But its ok to drive car or truck on Sebago lake, our biggest source of drinking water! There is something very wrong with this picture,Where did all the common sense go?report abuse
